Besides the well known American Investigations towards the UFO, there are various other studies made throughout the years. Some were neutral, neither proving nor disproving the existence of UFO’s. Then there are the secret ones with members of the panel completely disagreeing with the study conclusions. Those are the ones listed below:

1967, A Greek physicist by the name of Paul Santorini publicly announced that a 1947 Greek government investigation, which he was the head of, concluded that what they supposed as European Ghost Rockets were in fact not missiles. He claimed that his investigations were then stopped by military officials coming from the USA who knew they were alien technology. The investigation was stopped because according to these military men, there were no available defense against this advanced technology and they also feared that there would be widespread panic if the results were to be made public.

1953, The CIA organized what was referred to as the Robertson Panel, a group of scientists whose aim was to debunk the data collected for the Air Force’s Project Blue Book. This included an analysis of the UFO maneuvers stated in the Blue Book. They even did a motion picture analysis and in the end concluded that UFO’s been under controlled intelligence and are extraterrestrial.

1999 the French study group, COMETA was formed. It included high-level military analysts, generals, aerospace engineers as well as scientists.

Throughout the years, since the first sightings plenty of investigations by different countries had been done to either prove or disprove UFO existence. Many of which were done in secret, quite understandable because the idea of “alien beings” being out there would probably cause panic the world over. But after all these investigations, why haven’t they come up with anything? So the question is still left un-answered. Aliens, are they out there or not?
